How It Works

A simple, honest process — built to make itself unnecessary.

Four stages, no black boxes. You'll know what's happening, why, and what it costs at every step. And at the end, your team holds the keys — not me.

01

Listen

A free call where you talk and I take notes. Where does time disappear? What have you tried? What's the budget reality? No pitch — if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so on this call.

02

Map

I audit your workflows and tools, then hand you a prioritized map: quick wins, big bets, and things to deliberately skip. The map is yours to keep, whoever executes it.

03

Build

We start with the smallest thing that proves value — usually live within two weeks — then expand only when the results earn it. Every automation ships with a before/after measurement.

04

Hand Off

Your team gets the keys: documentation, training, and the confidence to run it without me. No dependency by design — my best clients stop needing me.

Operating principles

The rules I don't break.

Pace over pressure

Nobody gets pushed faster than they can absorb. A working automation your team trusts beats an impressive one they're afraid to touch.

Proof before scale

Every engagement starts with one small, measurable win. If the pilot doesn't move a number you care about, we stop there.

Savings first

Before we buy anything new, I find what you're overpaying for now. The audit usually funds the build.

Vendor neutral

I don't resell tools or take commissions. Recommendations are based on your workflow and budget, nothing else.

Plain English

If I can't explain an automation to the person who'll use it, it doesn't ship. Jargon is a tax on your team's confidence.

No dependency

Everything is documented and handed off. If you need me forever, I've done the job wrong.

Timeline

What the first 90 days look like.

Every business is different, but the shape of a typical engagement is consistent: a fast first win, then deliberate expansion, then handoff.

Free automation audit

Step one is a conversation. It costs you thirty minutes.

Tell me how your week actually goes, and I'll tell you what to automate first — and whether it's worth paying anyone to do it.
